Terms and Conditions


Please note:

-       The shades of the product may vary slightly from the colours displayed on your screen.

-       There might be slight colour variation due to lightings & flash while photo shoot.


-       You can make payments by various options available including credit/ debit card, PayPal etc. Some of these options may be limited to certain countries only.

-       Products are subject to availability. In case of non-availability of product/ products, you may choose to:

  1. Accept a partial/ full refund
  2. Refunds can be made in the same account
  3. In case of price difference, the amount can be refunded to your bank.

-       Ensure you enter a correct e-mail address as we would be sending you an order acknowledgement e-mail and order updates.



-       We accept all major credit/ debit cards and through PayPal.

-       For security purpose, your billing name and address must match the Credit/ Debit card used for the payment.

-       We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not match this criteria.

-       A shipping charge will be applied at checkout, unless stated in promotional offer.

-       Estimates of shipping charges are only an approximation of charges to you. It is possible that the amount may vary based on the package weight, dimensions and destination etc.



-       We ship to any UK address as well as provide International shipping around the world. All orders for International deliveries are subject to our terms and conditions.

-       A shipping charge is applicable for every transaction.

-       All delivery deadlines will depend on address details supplied and stock being available at the time of dispatch. In case of any discrepancies, we will contact you, so please be sure to provide correct contact details and e-mail address.

-       We try our best to deliver all the orders received however, in case if the parcel returns to the depot, it is your responsibility to collect or arrange re-delivery.

-       If a parcel is returned as undelivered, we would offer refund for the item only. If you would like us to resend the parcel, further shipping charges would apply.

-       In some cases, if you are unavailable and not reachable at the given address for more than 7 days, your parcel may be destroyed by the courier company. We would not be responsible for the parcel and no refunds would be given in such cases.

-       We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.

-       We are not liable to pay refund for late delivery if the consignment does not have a complete and accurate address, post code and telephone number for the customer.



-       The products ordered in clearance sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.



-       Some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for checking with local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delay or failure in the product reaching you due to any customs, legal or regulatory restrictions. We may refuse to process an order for any product if we believe that delivery may be subject to any restriction in the destination country.

-       Please note, we will be complying with English law on data protection, privacy and marketing which may differ from the law in the jurisdiction of delivery. We will store and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

-       All prices are quoted inclusive of local taxes(VAT) and customs duty for shipments to USA, UK, Europe and Canada. Hence customers in these countries are not required to pay further taxes and duty at the time of delivery at their door steps. For shipment to other countries prices are quoted and products are sold by us on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Hence customers in countries other than USA, UK, Europe and Canada may have to pay a customs fee and or import duty before the product can be delivered. Further taxes, fees or levies may also be payable depending on the local laws of the jurisdiction of delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for this and it is your duty to check any additional costs of international delivery to your preferred jurisdiction before placing an order.

-       Where prices are quoted without taxes and custom duties, customer are not entitled to tax or customs duty refunds. The price displayed for goods and services remain the same regardless of the country of delivery.

-       International Payments may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website in the currency you have chosen to pay. The settlement would happen in the chosen currency. You may be charged a processing fee by your card issuer in case you don’t chose to pay in your local currency. Please check the same with your issuing card bank or society.



-       We accept returns if the item is not suitable.

-       Please ensure the item is returned unworn and in resalable condition (with tags and in original packaging) within 7 days. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer. Only the cost of goods is refundable and not the postal charges.

-       Jewellery items and ready-made saree blouses are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.

-       The items are your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend signed for delivery.

-       We aim to process all the refunds within 28 days.

-       Customers are required to obtain returns reference number before returning the goods. The returns reference number can be obtained by contacting us by e-mail or phone.

-       Please note that goods received without the returns reference number would incur delay in refund or may not be refunded.

-       In an unlikely event if a faulty or incorrect item is received please contact customer services as above who will issue you the Returns reference number. Please return the item using second class recorded delivery. We will only reimburse the cost amount or equivalent to this postal service and not for any other postal/courier service. We cannot dispatch a new item unless we have received the wrong/faulty item back in our warehouse and inspected its condition.

-       This does not affect your statutory rights.


Please note:

-       All the products are checked thoroughly before dispatch. Please take care when trying on the item and ensure you are not wearing make-up which may leave marks on the item.

-       We would not be able to accept returns of any items where there is evidence that the instructions outlined above have not been followed.

-       Refunds would not be given for products that have been damaged whilst in care of the customer due to negligence or misuse.
